Packaging Overview

The outer bag can use a thickened PET/PA/PE low-temperature laminated structure: the PET outer layer improves stiffness, abrasion resistance and print quality; the PA nylon layer enhances puncture, compression and low-temperature resistance; and the PE inner layer provides reliable heat sealing with good leak resistance and freezer performance. Size, capacity, color, print design, pouch structure and coolant filling options can all be customized according to customer requirements, making these Custom Ice Bags suitable for food cold chain, fresh delivery, pharmaceutical refrigeration and insulated transport applications.
