Description
Packaging Concept
Freeze-dried snack packaging should protect a light, crisp product while making the pieces easy to see. This three-side seal concept includes a transparent display window, hang hole and optional tear notch. The specification is developed from snack dimensions, portion size, filling process and expected storage conditions.
Structure and Display
- Flat pouch geometry uses top, side and bottom seals
- The transparent area supports visual product inspection
- A centered hang hole works with peg merchandising
- Opening details can be positioned for convenient use
- Printed areas organize flavor and regulatory information
- Material selection follows product-specific testing
Available Configuration
- Overall width, height and seal dimensions
- Window outline and artwork integration
- Round hang hole and tear-notch location
- Film layers, gauge and sealing surface
- Color families, barcodes and traceability
- Surface appearance suited to approved graphics
Suitable Products
The format can be evaluated for yogurt bites, freeze-dried fruit snacks, candies, chocolate pieces and other dry snack portions. Product moisture, fat, fragility and target shelf life determine the required tests.
Development Approach
- Start with product and packing-line data
- Balance window visibility with printed communication
- Prototype flavor and size extensions consistently
- Review fill, seal, display and opening behavior
- Approve the tested specification before production
Start Your Project
Provide snack samples or specifications, piece size, fill weight, storage target, packing equipment, artwork and order forecast. PURESTPACK will use them to plan the pouch, materials, print and sample review.
Sustainability and Testing
Sustainable packaging decisions may include material reduction and structures suited to an identified recovery route. They do not automatically establish compostability or recyclability. Complete compatibility, sealing, drop, transport and storage tests before launch.
All custom lickable cat treat packaging is made to order. Size, pouch structure, material, printing, tear-open features and surface finish can be customized. Pricing and minimum order quantity depend on pouch specifications, materials, printing requirements, functional features and order volume. Final packaging performance should be tested with the actual product formula, filling process, storage conditions and distribution requirements.
