Description
Packaging Concept
Milk powder quad seal pouches combine a tall side-gusset body with a reclosable top zipper. The format can be developed for dairy powders and other dry powdered foods while providing front, back and side panels for brand and preparation information. Each specification begins with the real powder and packing process.
Structure and Use
- Four corner seals shape a structured pouch
- Gussets provide capacity and printable side panels
- The zipper supports portioned dispensing
- Top sealing allowance follows the filling line
- Film gauge is selected after product trials
- Sizes and formulas can share a consistent design
Configuration Choices
- Capacity, width, height and gusset depth
- Film construction, thickness and sealant layer
- Zipper placement and final heat-seal area
- Artwork, preparation details and barcodes
- Surface appearance for approved graphics
- Sample checks for filling, sealing and use
Suitable Products
The format can be evaluated for full-cream milk powder, formulated dairy powders, nutrition powders and similar powdered foods. Flow, density, dusting and planned storage determine the final package specification.
Development Process
- Collect powder, weight and equipment data
- Define pouch geometry and material trial direction
- Review zipper, seals and printed panels
- Test filling, closure, drops and case packing
- Approve the verified sample before production
Start a Custom Project
Provide powder details, target fill, packaging equipment, storage plan, artwork and forecast. PURESTPACK will use them to discuss pouch dimensions, films, zipper, printing and samples.
Testing and Production
Dimensions, films, gauge, closure, printing, finish and quantity affect price and minimums. Product images do not prove infant-formula suitability, regulatory certification, barrier level or shelf life; validate every requirement with the actual food and process.
All custom lickable cat treat packaging is made to order. Size, pouch structure, material, printing, tear-open features and surface finish can be customized. Pricing and minimum order quantity depend on pouch specifications, materials, printing requirements, functional features and order volume. Final packaging performance should be tested with the actual product formula, filling process, storage conditions and distribution requirements.
