Three-side seal pouches are flexible packaging bags sealed on three sides, leaving one side open for filling and sealing. They are designed for compact, flat packaging that maximizes shelf space and display area. Strong Triple-Side Sealing
The three-side seal pouch is heat-sealed along two vertical sides and the bottom, creating a wide, continuous seal area that reduces the risk of leakage. This is especially important for powders, granules and small dry products.
Tear-Notch Opening
A pre-cut tear notch can be added to the top open edge, making it easy for consumers to open the pouch without scissors. For multi-use products, a reclosable zipper can also be applied across the top seal.
Easy Filling & Sealing
The flat, open-top design allows fast, accurate filling before the final top seal is applied on VFFS or HFFS equipment. This structure supports high-speed production with consistent seal quality.
Lightweight And Portable
Three-side seal pouches are thin and lightweight, and can be stored flat before filling to save warehouse space and transport costs. Once sealed, they are easy to pack, stack and carry.
