Description
Packaging Concept
Quad seal coffee bags combine a tall presentation panel with expandable side gussets for whole beans and ground coffee. The format can carry detailed origin, tasting and preparation information across several printable faces. Each specification begins with the coffee condition, pack weight, filling method and route to market.
Structure and Presentation
- Four corner seals help define the package profile
- Side gussets accommodate different capacities
- Front and side artwork can separate product information
- Seal layout is adjusted for filling and final closure
- Material choices follow storage and compatibility review
- Sizes and visual variants can form one product family
Configuration Choices
- Body width, height, gusset and seal areas
- Film construction and required thickness
- Filling allowance and top-seal geometry
- Brand artwork, origin data, barcodes and QR codes
- Surface finish based on approved graphics
- Valve or zipper only when specified and tested
Suitable Coffee Products
The format can be developed for specialty beans, blends, single-origin roasts and ground coffee. Degassing behavior, grind, roast profile and distribution time should be considered during testing.
Development Process
- Collect coffee, weight and equipment requirements
- Define pouch proportions and material trial direction
- Review printable panels and product hierarchy
- Check filling, forming, sealing and case fit
- Approve the tested sample before production
Start a Custom Project
Provide coffee details, target fill, dimensions, equipment, storage plan, artwork and order forecast. PURESTPACK will use the information to discuss structure, films, printing, samples and production requirements.
Testing and Production
Price and minimums vary with size, film structure, gauge, printing, finish, components and quantity. No valve or zipper is visible in the reference images; add such components only through a confirmed specification and application testing.
All custom lickable cat treat packaging is made to order. Size, pouch structure, material, printing, tear-open features and surface finish can be customized. Pricing and minimum order quantity depend on pouch specifications, materials, printing requirements, functional features and order volume. Final packaging performance should be tested with the actual product formula, filling process, storage conditions and distribution requirements.
